On your first visit I will do a longer consultation which will involve filling out a client medical card.

Massage treatments are tailored to meet the individual needs of each client and the consultation is essential to provide this.

I will then leave the room whilst you remove the appropriate clothing for that particular treatment and you position yourself on the treatment couch.  You will be covered by a towel at all times.

After cleansing your feet with a warm flannel I will begin the treatment.

Once the treatment has finished I will offer you a glass of water and we can review the treatment and its effects. I will also offer post massage care advice.
